unavailable page does not load

Description

If i set the available to false in the configuration it does not show the unavailable template. it shows nothing, no output.

Tested with sample app and newly created project using 1.0-HEAD, works fine. Must be a problem on your side. Check your Unavailable Action, View and Template, and make sure you have display_errors on and error_reporting set appropriately in php.ini

Add/Change #926 (unavailable page does not load)
