Allow to refer to routing parameter values in <default for="...">

A syntax like i.e. <default for="..." source="..." /> or <default for="...">${...}</default> that allows to refer to other routing parameter values would be nice, as one could "rename" routing parameters for child routes this way, which is especially useful if the child route is i.e. from another module and has a different parameter naming.
