... and create a new validation manager for each action run, see also #405. getErrors() etc will then be on the container, so only minimal BC breakage here

(In [1642]) each container has its own validation manager now. all error-related methods moved from request to validation manager. sample app adjusted accordingly. closes #406, fixes #405
