Rewrite tests from scratch

Description

The way they are done currently is more than frustrating. We should have a fresh instance of the framework for each test case, and this environment should be defined centrally, with the ability to override each aspect on a per-test-case basis.

I believe this will be a combined effort including community input. Not 1000000% critical right now, but we should come up with a new structure for Agavi's own tests. We'll likely have to adjust the project testing system a bit for that to test more internals, but that's okay :)
